Hair growth on baldness

I tried to have an application on hair growth for a person with slight occurrence of baldness to him for using cococider vinegar mixed on his bath everyday for a mixture of 2tbsp of  and also cococider bath soap and instructed not to used hair shampoo for about 3 months check the differences on his scalp on his hair.
