Farmers in PH are among the poorest sector much more our coconut farmers.Their are only little source of income came from their produced from matured coconuts.
During this process,the coconut water are being wasted,that prompted to a research of this material to somehow convert this to a healthy products that can be useful,gives additional and alternative income to farmers and their families.
Fifteen years of research and development for Philippine coconut was initiated and pionered by myself Leopoldo L.Escosio,an agronomist.This research has successfully developed a healthy and quality product as COCOCIDER VINEGAR and COCOCIDER BATH SOAP and other related products.The waste coconut water before,can now be a product with tremendous health benefits and a potential additional or alternative income generating for multitude of farmers and their families,as well as to their community.
This project is being proposed for funding assistance for its implementation,to alleviate the financial aspects of our coconut growers and farmers in the countryside to the government,but almost two years passed, not yet given the approval.
Our main purpose is to develop,promote and create indigenous products out from matured coconut water and convert the same as a healthy products and an alternative or additional source of income for coconut farmers and their families.
Our vision is to uplift lives by providing alternative income generating product and create jobs for coconut growers/farmers and their families through the aid and implementation of our fifteen years of extensive research (conversion of coconut waste water into a healthy and income generating products). And to showcase our own indigenous products out from coconut water at par with global standards.
