This only reduces the occurrence of a patient (at least 25%occurrence, 2 minutes  or shorter  lapses)
Same procedures little dose for children,a shoot for bigger patients.

Young = 1 shoot (5ml) on the first ,   following  shoot  is on the  next  3 days  (5ml)

Adolescence = 1 shoot (20ml) ,next shoot is on the next on the other day (15ml)
