Ang buhay ng isang halaman..

Ang sustansyang galing sa lupa  ay nagiging enerhiya ng isang halaman sa pamamagitan ng paghigop ng mga ugat nito.Una,hihigupin ng pinakamaliit na ugat(tertiary roots) na nakadikit sa (secondary roots) na nakadik sa unang malaking ugat.Dadaan ito sa ikalawa at unang ugat(primary roots) paakyat sa mga bahagi nito na dadaan sa mga puno,sanga,hanggang makarating sa mga dahon at bunga nito.Pantay pantay na pamamahagi sa lahat ng bahagi nito.

Habang paakyat ang mga sustansiyang hinigop ng ikatatlong ugat sa lupa, kaakibat ang mga ito ang sikat ng araw sa pamamagitan ng photosynthesis na isang uri ng pagproseso  ng isang halaman  para madali naman nilang magamit mga ito bilang enerhiya.

Ang chlorophyll naman ay siyang nagpapaberde ng kulay nito at nagsisilbing green pigmentation ng isang halaman para maging kulay berde sa mga berdeng dahon.Kung napapansin ninyo na ang mga halaman ay may mga ibat ibang klase o uri ng mga kulay ng dahon depende  na rin sa klima na nakakaapekto naman sa  chorophyll  na nagiging sanhi ng pagbabago ng mga kulay ng isang halaman at kasama na rin  kung anung uri ng genes na kaakibat nito kayat berde pag berde,dilaw pag dilaw,purple pag purple pero lahat ng mga ito ay dumaan sa chlorophyll.

Ang sustansiya ng lupa ay may nangyayaring proseso habang umaakyat papaitaas sa mga dahon nito at sa dulo sa mga prutas nito.Mas malakas humigop ng sustansiya ang isang halaman pag sumapit sila sa stage ng flowering o pamumukadkad ng mga bulaklak para maihanda naman nila ang mga sustansiyang kailangan ng mga bunga na magiging pagkain naman ng mga tao.

Kapag mayroong kakulangan sa sustansiya ng lupa na hindi sapat sa  kailangan ng halaman, ito ay nagkakaroon ng mga senyales o sintomas para ipaalam sa nag aalaga at mapansin naman ito,pero oras na isinantabi naman ang kakulangan ng mga ito,nagiging sanhi ng pagkamatay o maliliit na bunga o dili kayay kakulangan sa paglaki nila o tinatawag na staunted growth.

Meron tatlong napakalaking nutrihina na kinakailangan ng isang halaman;(N,P,K).Ang N ay nitrogen,P ay phosporous at K ay potassium.

Ang Nitrogen ay para sa pagpapalaki o growth ng halaman,Phosporous ay sa mga vegetative parts at ang Potassium  ay siyang namamahala sa flowering o fruiting stage nito.Micro nutrients naman ang tawag sa mga ibat ibang minerals.

Kapag may kakulangan sa maliliit na nutrihena, ang tawag naman dito ay defficiency.Makikita ang mga kakulangan nito  sa mga ibat ibang bahagi o parte ng isang halaman.Kapag hindi maagapan mga ito,tuluyang hindi mapapakinabangan ang bunga ng mga ito.

Hindi ko na sana gagamitin ang isip ko sa kalusugan ng iba datapwat dumapo naman sa akin ang karamdaman na simpleng  kidney stone ko ay hindi matanggal tanggal sa haba na ng prusisyon na gamutan ang aking inabot,dumating pa ang bago na aplikante na highblood pressure na dumapo noon sa akin.Sa hirap na ng aming buhay dahil walang naipun na pera at nasa Pilipinas na ako ng dahil sa mga karamdamang ito.

BAHAY KUBO

Noon,mahirap ka pag ang bahay mo ay yari sa kawayan ang sahig,ang dingding at pawid ay tahi tahing nipa leavves,ang hagdan at haligi ay yari sa kawayan.Tyak,lagi may tulo at nakatali ang bahay pagsapit ng tag ulan at bagyo.

Pero ngayon iba na ang panahon,mahl na ang magpaggawa ng ganitong bahay,pawid pa lang libo na ang gagastusin mo,pwera pa ang mga kawayan na gagamitin mo.

Ngayon naman ay uso na ang mga instants lalong lalo na sa mga pagkain,fastfoods at syempre sa sariling pangkalusugan.Madami na rin ang tinatamad maglakad lakad,lagi na lang nakasakay sa mga sasakyan.Mas lalo na sa mga fastfoods resto,laging jump packed lahat.Nakakatuwang pagmasdan.

Yon nga lang nakapanlulumong pagmasdan habang naglalakad,anjan na ang malalaking tiyan,mabagal maglakad.

Maaamoy mo din ang mga ibat ibang uri ng pampahid sa kanilang katawan,mas lalong titindi pagsapit ng dapithapon.

Sana habang tayo bata pa,dapat alagaan na natin ang ating kalusugan;huwag na nating hintayin pa ang makaranas ng karamdaman,pero mahirap yata mangyari sa totoong nakagawian.

When I’m  in elementary grades(1967 – 1973) if you say “TREE  OF LIFE” it denotes at once the coconuts.I do not knew why they used this “phrases”why coconuts called the tree of life.And according to my teacher ,coconuts has so many uses for our material needs in our lives.But as my interpretation is that there is life in a tree of  coconut,where you can find  the secrets behind  coconut tree that will serves as our protection and prevention of any  diseases that man to suffer.
